So my Blackberry 8520 version is os 4.7 and I decided to update it to 5.0
So i downloaded The Blackberry Desktop Software for my mac and made sure it was the newest update. Then, conveniently, it asked me too update to 5.0. I did and I did and I waited for the update to start. Currently the download is stuck and all it is written is ‘Waiting for 407 files to download’. It has been an hour since it has been like that. Is this normal or not?
